This section is here to stabilize your emotional well-being. Expressing thankfulness and appreciation improves
mental, physical and relational well-being. Being thankful for your present allows more appreciation to flow into your future. Gratefulness impacts the overall experience of happiness, and these effects tend to be long-lasting. Gratitude will also heighten your energy levels to enhance your hustle.
This section is a carry-over from the gratitude area, continuing the positivity from your reality to influence your future by making an impressions on your subconscious mind. These affirmations should be stated in present tense, as an I am statement. For example: I am healthy, I am strong, I am rich happy and joyful. Both of these sections are about influencing your emotions and brain. You win the mental game first, your reality will follow.
